With the Toyota Caldina being a JDM car it is very hard to get a credible english written review of the car. However Hezeri Samsuri of Cars, Bikes and Trucks recently had his hands on the third generation Toyota Caldina GT4. Real his first impression below.
UK based CAR Magazine surprised the online world with what I believe is the first shot of the next generation M5, to be launched in 2011, about 2 years after the introduction of the standard 5-series in 2009, internally known coded as F10.
Sources refered to by CAR Magazine hints that the V10 used in the current M5 will be dropped in favour of a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 in order to comply with ever tightening European emission legislations. If the rumour is correct, the next M5 will share the same engine with the X6, albeit in higher tune (540 bhp), massaged by the boffins at BMW M.
After the very well received W204 C-class and left-hand drive market only GLK compact SUV, there will no new significant product launches for the rest of 2008, other than the small launches of various variants of existing models of course. The next major new product launch will not come until March 2009, where the W212 E-class will be unveiled in next year's Geneva Motor Show, though certain sources quote September Frankfurt Motor Show as a more likely date
How would you like to stay in an apartment where you can park your exotic supercar in the same floor as where you are staying? But that’s not the coolest idea of all. How about having breakfast while facing the sunrise, over the horizon across the beach and then having dinner later in the day facing the sunset, all at the same place? This is what the building below promises; called the Rotating Tower of Dubai, scheduled for completion by 2010.
Photos from the Sunday Track Day , 10th August session 1pm - 4pm. Unlike a regular trackday this trackday was split into two sessions. Most of the cars seen on track were teams preparing for the upcoming 12-hours endurance race ( MME ) to be held later this month.Tagging along were the open-seater race cars , v8 grunting Porsches and the screaming race-tuned Hondas apart from the everyday daily driver cars such as the Perodua Kelisa, Perodua Kancil,N issan Bluebird SSS and few Proton Wira.Nevertheless everyone paying the hefty RM 200 fee seem to be having a good time though those 55 litres of V-Power is now at RM 3.15 per/litre and if you were in the second track session held from 4 - 7pm well sorry we dont have your pics in here but you can still enjoy the photos.
